Denver, CO – August 14, 2019 – Brockman Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Raising Cane’s, 5717 Barnes Rd., in Colorado Springs, CO. The asset sold on August 14 and was an all cash transaction. The building is currently under construction and is located in the popular Powers Pointe Shopping Center, and is Anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. Justin Brockman and Chris Student represented the seller and closed before Raising Cane’s rent commencement.
